Day 1: Istanbul welcome briefing
Day 2: Tour of the Golden Horn District with visits to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and Topkapi
Day 3: Spice Market with sampling tour, Bosphorus cruise
Day 4: Travel to the Dardanelles and Canakkale. Visit Anzac Cove.
Day 5: Visit the ancient city of Pergamon and travel on to Izmir
Day 6: Visit the Unesco site of Ephesus. Nearly all else pales in comparison to Ephesus
Day 7: Travel to the cascading thermal poos at Pamukkale and choose between 2 free choice excursions.
Day 8: Head on to Dalyan with an afternoon visit to Kaunos
Day 9: For a change of pace, today you will enjoy a relaxing riverboat ride and visit a Loggerhead Turtle rescue centre
Dayb 10: Travel day to Konya
Day 11: Visit the Whirling Dervishes, a Caravanserai and travel on to Cappadocia
Day 12: Highlights of Cappadocia including the optional sunrise Balloon ride over the Fairy Chimneys
Day 13: Walk in the Love Valley and later join a cooking class , enjoy the results for dinner.
